1985 – 2003 director and founder of ORG-ID, organisational and individual development in Leiden (L&G Management Consultancy).
1982 – 1985 director of the training department of the Ministry of Housing, Physical planning and Environmental Affairs
1980 – 1982 deputy head for nature and environmental education in the municipality of Rotterdam
1978 – 1980 Teacher primary education
1975 Teacher mathematics and consultant nature and environmental education

• Executive board member IVN National society for Nature and Environmental Education with 16000 members and 100 employees (1992-1996)
